October 2009 Well here is some info, when you send C&D letter to these clowns make sure you send it to all addresses supplied here on Bud Hibbs. I was still getting abusive phone calls, and never getting my Validation information, They state it was because I sent info to wrong place. I told the man I sent it to the place instructed on my letter.His reply was, we are going through a restructure process and all correspondence should go to Horsham address. He said he would put me on a do not call list. Since then I have not gotten any calls (shocking) so for only the second time I had a debt collector be almost nice.
